After your consultation, we work with you to design a treatment plan tailored to your needs, goals, and preferences. Whether you're seeking CBT or counselling or a combination, we help you choose the approach that fits best.
Choose Your Practitioner
We then help you select a qualified practitioner who aligns with your therapeutic goals, personal preferences, and (if you wish) your gender preference. All our therapists are licensed, trained and highly experienced.
